We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or for as long as needed for our legitimate business records, whichever is longer.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@bitmap.ae. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
