bitmap provides web design and development, custom web application, and e-commerce services as agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work with each client. Scope, pricing, and timelines are set out in that agreement, not on this website.
Use of this website
This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt its operation or accessing it in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced for a client project are governed by the terms of that project's agreement. Content on this website, including the bitmap name and branding, remains the property of bitmap and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
bitmap provides services on an as-agreed basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in Dubai.
